It starts. First, we were all single. Then, we were all in couples. Then I got engaged.
And BOOM! Suddenly there is a flurry of weddings.
Some of my friends have had this problem for years, attending at least three or four weddings in 2009 and 2010. I never had that problem.
Until now. Two of my friends are now engaged, two are engaged “any minute now,” and one of Leo’s cousins recently got engaged.
I have to laugh. So here we are with a calendar full of weddings. It’s exciting to be at this point in our lives, joined by some friends who are also entering wedding bliss.
Congrats to those of you recently engaged! (You know who you are.) I can’t wait to attend your weddings!
