Later this week, Jennifer and I are traveling to Nairobi Kenya for practically the rest of the month. There was an opportunity at work for me to help out with setting up a datacenter at IBM’s research lab just outside the city. After hearing about it, I went after it and was picked to go.
This is our first time in Africa and I’m confident we’ll have time to explore the area around Nairobi a little to see the culture and the scenery. The weather already looks great and between the travel books we’ve picked up, there should be plenty to see. This most likely will include seeing some African wildlife.
I’m sure we’ll be eating that wildlife too. 😛
