The Cupcake Shoppe is a downtown Raleigh staple and has a boutique feel with premium cupcakes and other sweets. We took advantage of some very nice weather to walk down to the shop from the house. We rewarded ourselves with some cupcakes for the long walk, one of them including the Carrot Cupcake.
The cake was light and the frosting sweet. Overall, very delicious!
