Continuing with our Washington DC trip, and checking off a Lemon Cake list item earlier in the trip, we were having dinner in the Shaw Neighborhood. We were looking for dessert and came across Unconventional Diner which had a few pies on the menu. The Lemon Meringue jumped out at us. Done and done.
It did not last very long after being placed on the table. We were also lucky as the Lemon Meringue pie was a new menu item as of that same day!
