Part of the challenge with finding some of these desserts is that bakeries and restaurants tend to change their menus. We were excited to find raisin bread at one bakery, for example, only to arrive and discover the online menu did not match the in-store products.
Baking at home for this one! Raisin bread was surprisingly easy to make, though, and it turned out really well. I even managed to get the swirl to turn out OK. 🙂 I don’t know that I’d get a Paul Hollywood handshake (IYKYK), but we all liked it. I might even make this again sometime.
