We’re not typically “eat breakfast out people” but sacrifices must be made for the Lemon Cake list. We decided to go out on a Sunday morning to NY Bagel and Deli and it was worth it.
Rory, for the longest time, was not a fan of bagels for who knows why. It all changed today, for real with a nice chocolate chip bagel with honey and walnut cream cheese. We all tried the blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese and it was all delicious.
NY Bagel is one of the best in Raleigh from what we’ve had so far and they had plenty of other options like sandwiches and some bakery items that definitely deserve another visit.
We shored it all up with an everything bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. We left very happy.
While not close to the house, I’ll keep it in mind when around North Raleigh during the day for a bagel stop in the future.
