The Lemon Wafer was a challenge but we settled on getting a pack of Lemon Moravian Cookies from Dewey’s Bakery, which is based here in North Carolina. The perfect place to buy them was at one of the shops at the NC Farmer’s Market. You could go crazy in here with the amount of good food available.
Later that day, we had a picnic dinner at Dix Park and the cookies were a very nice addition.
