All year, we would look at bakery selections and dessert menus and simply could not find a slice of blueberry cheesecake. With the year winding down, you need to just bite the bullet and order a whole cake. With a family dinner one night, we brought dessert from Custom Confections in Cary. It was the right decision.
Custom Confections is a no frills shop that makes up for it with their high quality treats. It’s mostly a to-go only kind of place which is perfect for a quick fix if you happen to be nearby.
We ordered their Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake and it was so creamy and delicious. The cookie (Oreo maybe?) base layer gave each bit a nice crunch while still keeping things creamy, as you’d want out of a cheesecake. I highly recommend!
